Executive Strategy Manager Licensing Options

Executive Strategy Manager is offered in a variety of editions to help organizations of all sizes execute strategy. The Standard Edition is perfect for organizations just getting started with strategy execution, while the Enterprise Edition has all the features to manage a full cascade. Standard Edition

The Standard Edition consists of a single scorecard that is hosted on Palladium Servers in a secure environment. This edition, among other benefits, has the Meeting View, PDF export of pages, design methodology, and theme based reporting. The Standard Edition is great for an organization just getting started with the BSC or one piloting the reporting process in one business unit.

Enterprise Edition

The Enterprise Edition is also hosted in Palladium's secure datacenter, and contains all the features of the Standard Edition, plus the ESM's latest new features. Users of the Enterprise Edition can take advantage of alignment reporting, drill down capabilities, shared initiatives and distributed milestones, data roll-up across scorecards, custom PowerPoint document creation and data sourcing support.

Enterprise Edition users also get access to the world's largest online library of strategy execution material. This searchable library will allow users to access best practice information from hundreds of organizations that have been successful in executing their strategy.

Local Installation

For organizations with restricted policies on data and slow connections to the internet, Palladium also offers a local installation of the ESM. This installation is similar to the Enterprise Edition of the ESM, but it is on a dedicated server within your server environment behind your own firewall. While Palladium cannot manage the stability, security, and data backups of the server in a locally installed environment, you will still receive technical support and product upgrades throughout your license period.

Personal Scorecards

A critical aspect to successful strategy execution is aligning the individual performance management process to the strategy. To support this effort, Palladium is pleased to offer an integrated Personal Scorecard option to its ESM Enterprise or Local Install Editions. With Personal Scorecards, organizations can link their employee's goals and development plans directly to the strategy of the operating units and the overall organization strategy.

Security

For the Standard and Enterprise Edition of the ESM, Palladium hosts the software on our secure servers in a dedicated data center with a redundant offsite location and a disaster recovery policy that ensures you won't miss a day of work in the application.
