To ensure that you are successful with the Executive Strategy Manager we offer unlimited technical support throughout the life of your license agreement. Palladium also offers expert facilitation and methodology support through our advisory and consulting services, managed by the co-creators of the BSC and leaders in strategy execution, Drs. Kaplan and Norton.
Our goal is to make the ESM as easy to use for business managers as possible. At the beginning of your license period you will receive a kick-off training session and training materials for each major section of the application. Beyond taking advantage of our unlimited technical support through your own dedicated Palladium account manager, we encourage you to participate in our regularly held webinar training sessions on the ESM. These webinars cover a variety of topics, from a basic introduction and overview to advanced charting and meeting management functionality. We also offer built in how-to coaching movies on every page within Meeting View for instant support.
ESM software can be purchased as part of an Advisory Community. The community provides a forum for learning about the strategy execution methodology and creates a structured environment as you navigate the ESM application. Through a community, users can call an expert to ask methodology questions about strategy execution, including how it pertains to the ESM. This working group approach is excellent for best practice sharing across organizations that are at a similar stage in the strategy management journey.
