Palladium has numerous offerings that combine the Executive Strategy Manager with the appropriate level of support for your organization. While the application comes with unlimited technical support, most organizations choose to supplement their software with some additional methodology and coaching support to ensure the successful execution of their strategy.

ESM - FastTrack

The ESM-FastTrack ensures you get off on the right track to developing a BSC. This approach requires about 3 months to build a Balanced Scorecard and strategy map. Our professional consultants will facilitate interviews, three core BSC development workshops, and the first reporting meeting onsite. At the completion of the ESM-FastTrack, your organization will have a BSC running in the Executive Strategy Manager and your team will be positioned for on-going reporting of your strategy.

ESM - Advisory Group

The ESM-Advisory Group consists of access to the Standard Edition of the ESM as well as 4 hours per month of virtual consulting support. This support allows organizations to get best practice advice on developing or revising the BSC, facilitating meetings, displaying information in the application, and managing the reporting process. The support is provided over the course of two years to ensure long-term success.

BSC - Advisory Group

The BSC-A consists of everything you receive in the ESM-A, but it also includes subscriptions to the world renown Balanced Scorecard Report, seats to our world class How-To Training sessions and Executive Conferences, as well as access to the Best Practice Library assets. There is also a community of organizations in this advisory group that meet virtually every two months to discuss key issues the community encounters when building and managing scorecards.

Many organizations will employ the ESM-FastTrack approach and then join one of the two advisory groups listed above.
