With no software or hardware to buy, install, or maintain, the ESM on-demand platform is very easy to implement. You can be up and running in the ESM within minutes. Better yet, the ESM is 100% end user accessible. There is no need for technical personnel, certification courses, or heavy training to be off and running.

The annual fee that you pay to Palladium for the ESM is the only investment you need to make. The ESM license fee includes access to our secure servers, all the latest sofware, technical support, training webinars, and much more. Compared with the cost of managing a dashboard application or even attempting to manage strategy using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, the ESM total cost of ownership is much lower.

Highly Configurable

To make the scorecard process sustainable and ultimately execute strategy, your process support application must reflect your organizational standards: culture, unique process approach, vernacular, etc. Virtually all fields, phrases, terms, and activities can be configured by you to ensure rapid and maximum adoption.

While the ESM encourages a best practice approach to building, reporting, and managing scorecards and strategy maps, there is flexibility around how you go about constructing your strategy. Data Integration

Data sourcing is an excellent first step you can take toward integrating measure data from an ERP, CPM, BI, SharePoint, Database, or custom application into the ESM. Clients who wish to manually or automatically source measure data into the ESM from data files can utilize the integrated data sourcing and web services capability in the ESM.

Web services gives you the ability to push and pull data directly from the ESM database into applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and nearly any web-based application. With a full range of functions available, programmers can easily create custom reports and dashboards with "live" ESM data. Advanced users can use the same functions to fully integrate the ESM utility with their website or intranet.

Palladium will provide example data source templates, web service data dictionary guide, as well as technical guidance and training to ensure that you fully understand the purpose and capabilities of sourcing data via Excel or other methods as provided in the application. If the technical capability exists within the organization, Palladium services are not required to source data from databases or data marts.

Security

We are committed to protecting the security of your strategic information. The ESM is hosted in a secure SAS70 facility, with 24 hour monitoring, security, and access control. Redundancy, backup, and auditing of this facility is done on a regular basis. Palladium also operates an additional offsite disaster recovery backup facility should the primary facility go offline.
