Current Release

The ESM Version 5 was released in late 2009. Minor builds are released periodically, and the current minor build is 5.4 and 5.5 is due out later in 2011.

Future Releases

Version 6 of the ESM is currently in development and will be the most comprehensive and thorough re-architecture of the ESM to date. We anticipate a late 2011 release.

Executive Strategy Manager™ (ESM)

The ESM is a web-based software application that takes you step by step through both the construction of, and reporting on, Balanced Scorecards and strategy maps. The only application built and managed by the creators of the Balanced Scorecard, Drs. Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, the ESM will help you create strategic alignment and execute strategy at the corporate, division, and individual level.
