At the heart of the strategic management process is the strategy review meeting. The ESM�s Meeting View is the interface designed to integrate all of the necessary information to conduct an effective strategic review and gain consensus on clear strategic decisions.

The meeting view includes the following customizable views:

• Action items

From the Meeting View, scorecard managers and editors can directly edit their charts and performance reviews, allowing for quick and efficient management of strategic information. Page layouts can also be exported directly to PDF for offline review or dissemenation. All of these functions can easily be performed by non-technical users.
